Sharon runs Masterclasses on the need for EQ balance even when IQ is high and therefore how to gain the best from both attributes. She has often chaired panel debates and roundtable discussions on many governance topics over the past year, recently addressing the behavioural impact on the effectiveness of teams.

Sharon is also the CEO of Genius Boards Limited, offering tailored, robust, behaviour-focused board evaluation services to many industries, listed entities, and regulated businesses, such as financial services, the NHS, charities and Housing Trusts, family businesses, institutions and SME’s.

Sharon has an MBA, is a Chartered Director and Chartered Secretary and has trained and lectured in many universities, business schools, conferences, seminars and in-house events. Over the years, Sharon has also been awarded a number of business achievement awards, and accolades.
