Online panel: Sustainable relocation: why global mobility must take action

Description: As the global mobility world starts to wake up to the need for more sustainable efforts and results in its industry, a variety of companies offering carbon footprint calculation, carbon offsetting and other "green initiatives" are promising a range of quick-fix solutions. But what does sustainability, in the broader sense of the term, mean in the global mobility context? What can and should the different stakeholders do in the short and long term to make a real, measurable impact?

Dominic Weaver, FIDI Focus editor, will lead the conversation on the very hot topic of sustainable relocation. The consensus is that environmental and social sustainability are no longer 'nice to haves' for any business, they are now urgent and central to future success. Panelists from across the international moving & mobility industry will discuss why this is the case, the progress made to date, and where relo must focus its attention on change - one practical step after the other.

Panelists:
- Ben Ivory, Senior Vice President at Graebel Companies, Inc.
- René Stegmann, Director and Owner at Relocation Africa
- Derrick Young, Director, Transportation Governance at BGRS
- Jessica Deutschmann, Partner Relations Manager at Gosselin Group
- Paul Barnes, Strategic Sustainability & ESG Resource For Global Mobility Stakeholders
- Moderator: Dominic Weaver, FIDI Focus editor
