Objectives                   

This workshop is for managers aiming to:

• dissolve conflict which arises from differences in approach and beliefs in teams to which they belong and the teams they manage

• reframe difference as something essential rather than antagonistic

• develop personal insight and interpersonal influence to negotiate understanding

Elspeth Campbell, Director of Campbell-Ozten Associates is a management consultant and accredited APECS executive coach. Elspeth draws on a career of experience assimilating cultural difference to progress work assignments as her first role was in the textile industry in South Africa and with PWC in the UK she worked in developing countries in Africa and Europe. She grew up in Zimbabwe, qualified in Organisational Psychology at UCT and has an MSc in Systemic Management.
