A joint seminar by the South African Chamber of Commerce and the Urban Land Institute

South Africa continues to play a leading role in Africa as one of its largest economies and influencers, particular within the financial & investment industry. The property sector plays an important role within the success of this industry and has attracted global accolades and investors. At the same time, South African property investors have made a firm footprint on various global property markets, with a strong presence in the UK and Central & Eastern Europe.

In the context of this global expansion and the growing appeal of Sub-Saharan Africa property to global investors, the seminar will aim to explore the future of the South African property sector and 'What is next for the property sector in South Africa'.

We are very pleased to have Professor Francois Viruly of the UCT/Nedbank Urban Real Estate Research Unit as our keynote speaker. Professor Viruly is a leading property economist and a key figure within the South African property industry, highly respected both at home and abroad.
