Update on South Africa with Dr Zweli Mkhize |

| Description: | All SA Chamber members are invited to attend a briefing and Q&A with the Honourable Dr Zweli Mkhize, Treasurer-General of the ruling African National Congress, on the current political situation in South Africa. The meeting will be held in Committee Room 3 at the Palace of Westminster from 6.00-7.00pm on Wednesday 2nd November, chaired by Lord Peter Hain. Dr. Zweli Mkhize is the Chancellor of the University of KwaZulu-Natal and the Treasurer General of the African National Congress in South Africa. He is the leader of Government Business in KwaZulu-Natal and the former Premier of the province. Prior to assuming the role of Premier, Dr. Mkhize served as KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Finance and Economic Development from 2005 to 2009 and MEC for Health from 1994 to 2004. Access to Committee Room 3 is via the main Cromwell Green security entrance (please allow sufficient time to get through security – up to 30 minutes) Please note that no RSVP is necessary. |
