QUIRK LONDON is a marketing agency, born digital. Part of the broader Quirk Group, comprising 300+ staff and offices across Africa, they have a keen understanding of how brands and organisations can succeed in both developed and emerging markets. With a team of digital natives, they provide holistic digital solutions to bridge cultural and technological differences.

CAROLYN ANDREW is one of Quirk London’s Directors. She has assisted multiple clients with business planning, campaign delivery, consulting support and capability- building on both a global and local level. Carolyn is responsible for developing and delivering capability programmes to match Client needs, whether these relate to skills development, leadership support, internal efficiencies, brand performance or simply inspiration.

At Quirk, she partnered and led teams working on brands such as SABMiller (across 
brands and geographies), Miller Genuine Draft, The Financial Times, Hiscox, Cereal Partners Worldwide (Chocapic, Cheerios and Nesquik across emerging markets) and the BBC. Years prior were spent at Ogilvy and Lowe, working on integrated campaigns for brands such as Coca-Cola, Fanta, Avis, DStv (digital satellite provider) and Unilever.

RICHARD PALMER is Quirk Londonʼs Strategy Director, and has been advising on all things digital for over a decade with experience working across FMCG, financial, government and tech businesses. Richard has a love for business strategy as much as digital, so utilises his knowledge of technology and an understanding of how people think to guide his workings, with the ultimate aim to drive engagement and returns.

He enjoys working on strategic frameworks and information architectures for brands and businesses to arrange themselves within the digital space with a focus on customer centricity.
