Natalie is originally from the ‘friendly city’ of Port Elizabeth. With a keen interest in both sports and academics, she was awarded a bursary to complete her CA(SA) qualification at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. On completion of her articles at PwC in Johannesburg in 2015, Natalie accepted a job in strategy at SASFIN Bank before moving to Guernsey late 2016, where she returned to work at PwC in Guernsey as part of the assurance & advisory team. In 2020, Natalie left PwC to take on a role at KPMG Channel Islands to build up and expand their capital markets service offering.

With a passion for people and driving change through thought leadership and action, Natalie is a GIFA marketing committee member, Co-Chapter Leader of the SA Chamber of Commerce Women’s Chapter, as well as SAICA Channel Islands committee member.

Maree Wilms

Maree is originally from Johannesburg. After finishing school, she moved to London for a gap year and developed a keen passion for travelling. Maree started her working career at Adelphi Capital, a London based asset management company.

Maree moved back to South Africa in 2010 and joined South Africa Alpha Capital Management as Chief Operating Officer. She co-founded Zeta Asset Management in 2017 and moved to Guernsey shortly thereafter. Maree has over 20 years’ experience in the fund management industry, she has been appointed as Director to several funds across various jurisdiction and strategies including hedge, long only equity, market neutral, fixed income and trade finance. Maree is Co-Chapter Leader of the SA Chamber of Commerce Women’s Chapter.
