The South African Chamber of Commerce UK has been admitted to the Council of Foreign Chambers of Commerce (CFCC). 

The Council met and formally ratified the SACC’s membership on Monday 1 Septemer 2014 at a quarterly Council meeting hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). 

The SACC is the 46th member of the CFCC, which represents foreign chambers of commerce in the UK and lobbies on behalf of foreign business. 

SACC Chair Melissa Powys-Rodrigues welcomed the ratification of the SACC’s membership.

“We are delighted to be a part of a council working to promote the interests of foreign business. We intend to ensure robust representation of our members and seek to contribute to dialogues on the role of foreign business in the UK.”
